When you are bored, you may have a limited attention span and lack of interest in what is happening around you. You may feel apathetic, fatigued, nervous, or jittery.
To avoid boredom, you can try these steps:
Set new goals: Try to find new challenges, projects, or hobbies that interest you.
Try new activities: Trying new things can help you develop new interests, break up routine, and increase your level of excitement and satisfaction.
Exercise: Physical activity can help boost your energy levels, mood, and self-esteem.
Connect with others: Spending time with family and friends or joining clubs, groups or social organizations can help you feel connected and involved in your community.
Travel or explore your surroundings: Exploring new places, either near or far, can help broaden your horizons and give you a fresh perspective.
Music can help you with relaxation.

Challenging yourself: Take up a new task or challenge yourself to learn a new skill.
Being creative: Use your imagination and creativity to create art, write, or engage in other creative pursuits.
